We process the public Polymarket wallet address you enter to check availability and provide the analysis you request. For an order, we store the order ID, selected analysis, analysis period and fill scope, payment status, public Polygon transaction data including transaction hash, and the generated report and access token.

We use this information to provide the wallet check, process the contract, recognize payments, create and deliver the report, and maintain technical security and troubleshoot errors. The relevant legal bases are performance of the contract and necessary legal or technical legitimate interests.

Public blockchain transactions are inherently public. CopyDrift does not require and cannot use private keys or seed phrases. Never enter a private key or seed phrase.

Technically necessary server and web-server logs may be processed for security and error diagnosis. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics, newsletters or marketing tracking for this MVP.

Data is retained only as long as necessary for contract performance, legal obligations and required technical documentation. We do not currently promise a shorter fixed deletion period.
